SAVE THE JENNY!

Hi everyone!

I have to say I have THE MOST WONDERFUL FRIENDS in the world!
The outpouring on behalf of Jenny Lawton has been quite touching:
People are buying muffins and bagels and coffee at Arcadia.
Someone put a hundred dollars in Jenny's hand.
People have written checks.
My state rep Livvy Floren did her Xmas book shopping early at Just
Books.
The very talented photographer Annie Watson had Jenny in for a photo
session
a few days ago. You will probably see a photo of Jenny soon in the
Greenwich Post.
And we also hope in the Greenwich Citizen.
Another friend, the author, Jan Yager, suggested that we have a
fundraiser for Jenny.
WHAT A DAMN FINE IDEA!
I called two of my comedy friends (many of you know and love Brad
Zimmerman,
and a hilarious Comedy Central comedian new to Arcadia called Richie
Byrne.)
The three of us will do a benefit show for Jenny.

Here's the date: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23rd
Location: ARCADIA COFFEE HOUSE, 20 Arcadia Rd., Old Greenwich

Time: 7:00 PM & 9:00 PM Two Shows, 7PM is sold out 9PM is still open
POSSIBLY THE BEST SHOWS EVER!

Suggested minimum donation: $100
(Bigger donations also welcome.)

Thanks to my niece Lauren Walsh who circulated the last e-mail
to 50 of her Old Greenwich friends. Let's try to find everyone who
Jenny's been
good to. (Sorry to end the sentence in a preposition.) That includes
photographers
who've hung their work at Arcadia, authors who've spoken there,
comedians,
teenagers with rock groups. The list goes on. If you forward this e-
mail to at least 50 people,
you get in free! I promise you A NIGHT OF COMEDY TO REMEMBER!
