Dear Readers:
The Lawton family took a vacation over the public school break and we read enough to fill the May newsletter! We thought it would be fun to share our vacation with you through the books that we read ... so, consider the May newsletter the results of a relaxing Caribbean cruise (no, we haven't opened up a travel branch!).
May ushers in a busy month for Just Books. Not only are we planning an assortment of events, but we're also busy making sure that we have every angle covered for Mother's Day and the rapidly approaching end-of-school year and graduation time. Rest assured, we'll have everything on hand from Joyce Tenneson's Wise Women for our wise and wonderful mothers to Dr. Seuss's Oh! The Places You'll Go! for your favorite graduate. Of course, there's a lot more on the shelves than these "classics" and we welcome browsing and are always available by phone for a consultation!
This is a great time of year to remind you of our Book-Of-The-Month program. I can't think of a better gift to give to a mother or a graduate! All you have to do is tell us how often to send a book to your intended recipient, and we'll make sure that they have an appropriate tome wrapped and sent every month ... quarter ... birthday ... whatever you choose!
