Dear Readers
What a long time it has been since I've put together a newsletter. My apologies for the time gap - I have been very busy working through the illness and subsequent death of a family member and, as a result, shifted some priorities.
The Just Books newsletter has returned, although in abbreviated form this month for the sake of expediency. I have been reading into the spring and summer seasons and am excited about the upcoming selections. I've been working to put together an author visit schedule that will give people access to new and well-loved authors.
In October, we (the Lawton family "we" versus Just Books "we") purchased Arcadia Coffee Co. in Old Greenwich, CT - a neighbor to Just Books, Too. As a result, we are able to offer a broader author program and event options. Keep your eyes open as we introduce these offerings.
This newsletter will be an event overview - I'll follow-up in a few weeks time with a newsletter full of reviews.
